Whole beef available from our family ranch. This is 100% Angus beef, raised locally and processed at a USDA-inspected facility. Beef is custom cut to your preferences and packaged for the freezer.

What to Expect:

• Approximately 800 lbs hanging weight
• Reserve with a $950 deposit
• Final packaged weight is typically about 60–70% of hanging weight
• Includes a mix of steaks, roasts, and ground beef

Cut & Packaging:

• Custom cut sheet (you choose steak thickness, roast sizes, etc.)
• Standard paper wrap (vacuum sealing available)

Pricing:

• $6.25/lb hanging weight – grain-finished
• $7.50/lb hanging weight – grass-finished

Pickup Locations:

• Saratoga Springs, Utah
• Smithfield, Utah
