This is the taller door found in most new homes today. This is a blank slab only. Minor damage on one side where bolt could go, or easy repair.

Door jamb kit is $55 for a standard height door at Lowe's or Home Depot.

I also have a prehung 8-ft tall door that is 28 in wide for $65 for the whole kit. Includes the 4 black hinges and pre drilled for knob and bolt.
