ApplePayThis reel is for big fish and I used it for fishing king salmon in Alaska. It handled 40 pound test just fine. I only used it up there a few times casting lures from the bank and landed lots of 30-50 pound fish with it. Haven’t been back up there in years and it’s time to pass it on. I have two of them.
