ZelleThis CPU was purchased off Ebay about 2.5 years ago. I tried making a system with it but it never booted. It's possible it's OEM Locked, and if so, it might be locked to Dell. Since I couldn't validate anything about this chip, it is listed as damaged/for parts. Physically, the CPU appears fine. Comes with the slide bracket and placed inside an anti-static bag.
