Shutter works, exposure meter works but I can't vouch for the accuracy of either. I metered the same blank wall with the XG-M, an old hand-held meter and an early 2000's SLR and there was a 4 stop spread between the highest and lowest reading, so....?
The cosmetics are excellent, the viewfinder is clean with bright LED's and the film door light seals look intact but worn. It's been a long time since I used this!
The film advance mechanism works but I'm not to going to go to the trouble to film-test it.
Batteries are not included. I will demo the camera with installed batteries to potential buyers but I will keep the batteries for testing other cameras to be posted later.
I checked out ebay for XG-M's in similar condition and the average "sold" price was $54.00. $34.50 for just the body. So buy local and save.
