mine is in very good condition. it's only been used maybe 4 times other than that it's just been sitting in my driveway. the only issue mine has is one of the boards warped at the front of the trailer for whatever reason but it doesn't effect anything I would ever use it for and could be easily replaced cheap if it bugs you. I know they sell for right at $2000.00 and mines in great shape overall only being used maybe 4 times.. it's a 5x10 that was bought from Home Depot brand new I'm asking $1,600.00 OBO
