I believe I'm the 3rd or 4th owner... I'm not 100% needing to sell because I'd still like to install it but it's a much bigger project to take on than I planned at the moment. it's Heavy! and did I say big?! shows being 16' wide by 9' high. the paperwork sent with it I believe was a quote at that time but not the original. from what I see online this same is similar model goes for around 12k. asking 6k or make an offer. I can consider helping transport with our flatbed. must see in person to understand how massive and well built it is. it's meant to be recessed but if I install it will just be mounted below.
