Condition is very good. Everything works well. This is light, easy to tow and fits into smaller camp sites.
5 things we love- tall refrigerator/freezer for max storage. The bunk bed exterior door is big and the lower bunk flips up allowing large items to be stored while traveling. Lots of head room, if you are 6'3 you don't bump your head on AC unit or ceiling. Plenty of overhead cabinets for storage. Also exterior shower is nice to rinse off.
