Put the sticks in the slots and then dump the balls on top. Take turns pulling out a stick at a time. The goal is to not be the one to drop the balls. The one with the least amount of balls at the end wins.
I also have a set of balls with getting-to-know-you questions on each ball. The person that drops the ball has to answer the question on that ball.
