1993 Toyota Micro Mini Itasca Spirit made by Winnebago RV. This is Model # 321RB. Purchased from the original owner in 2022 with 35K miles. Super low original miles! Cab over was rebuilt in 2024. Interior layout is spacious with a nice 4-person Booth Dinette with the built-in cup holders, 4-burner stove, with microwave, Hood fan/light, double stainless sink, refrigerator, roof air Conditioning, rear bathroom with shower, wardrobe closet in bathroom and lots of storage cabinets throughout. The dinette also drops down to a bed. The sofa is also a jackknife sofa.

The cab is very clean. Currently it has 39018 original miles!! The Engine starts right up and sounds excellent. Steering is solid and holds to the road true and straight. Slight vibration at higher speeds, as the tires need to be replaced. Stored with a cover over the winters but has never seen the salty Utah roads. Frame is still clean with small surface rust. Timing belt was inspected but still looks brand new.

1. The interior carpeting original and may have a couple light stains.

2. There is small damage to the fiberglass on the sides but no leaks coming in.

3. Needs new tires as they are old.

4. Small cosmetic blemishes in the interior from the rebuild.

5. Is equipped with rear air suspension, but both bags are torn. Current shocks are worn
