Gunners Lenan Oak (“Charlie”) – 2014 AQHA Chestnut Gelding
“Charlie” is a solid project horse priced accordingly due to being behind on riding for his age. He has a good foundation and potential in the right hands.
He is generally good to catch, tie, saddle, bridle, bathe, trim, and haul. Charlie is partially deaf but responds well to a kiss, cluck, and woah. He is cowy, athletic, and has a big stop. He is soft and is a smooth/fun mover.
Per owner, he has had a habit of hopping around when mounting; however, he has not shown much of this behavior with me in 17 rides. Though he can be a little flinchy and sensitive from time to time. Does best with consistent riding. I’ve enjoyed working with him and believe he will make a nice horse for someone experienced and handy who can continue his progress. No trades.
Tapes at 14.3hh.

I will be getting updated photos of Charlie soon.
