If you’re not familiar with Lance trailers take a look. They are extremely well built and solid. They aren’t like an inexpensive lite weight trailer.
I have owned this camper since 2017. It has been great camper for our family of 4 but we are outgrowing it and need something to haul our toys. There are too many specific items or features to list, it has all the standard items. I haven’t made any modifications to it. Everything works except the outside hose. We never use it so I haven’t put the effort into replacing it. I have a very nice cover I will include at the list price. We also brought in a queen purple mattress for that main bed. I will include that at the list price (if you want to use your own mattress I can lower the price by $500).
Recent repairs: -Tires were replaced last year. -New batteries were put in 2 years ago -A new water pump was installed last year -A leaking grey water valve was replaced last year.
Items included with the camper (batteries, propane tanks, garbage cans, broom, 12k equalizer hitch) Other items, such as bedding, kitchen supplies, tools are not included.
We have used it 3-4 times a year on average and it is always kept clean. We have never found any signs of mice in the camper and there has never been any water damage or leaks.
