I'm selling this kit because I have another camera and I rarely use this one anymore. This is a fantastic 20.9 Megapixel APS-C camera body and 18-105mm kit lens. Perfect for a new or amateur photographer looking for a lightweight and reliable DSLR with great battery life and a versatile focal length lens.
I bought this camera brand new while in college but I have since bought a full-frame body. The lens was passed down to me from my parents. Both are used and have some minor signs of wear but are otherwise in great condition and work perfectly. The camera shutter count is 32,195. Comes with all the original accessories as seen here including:

- Nikon AF-S DX Nikkor 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6 G ED VR Autofocus Lens
- EN-EL15a Battery
- MH-25a Battery Charger

The only thing missing is the original DK-28 Rubber Eyecup which you can find for less than $10 if you want to replace it.
This camera hits a great sweet spot of compact and lightweight size that's comparable to mirrorless cameras, but with the ruggedness, optical viewfinder, and better battery life of DSLRs and great features including a built-in flash, weather sealing, 8fps shooting, 4K video and excellent image quality that still holds up in 2026. I'm sad to part with it but I know someone else can get more use out of it than me.
I also have an excellent condition Nikon AF 50 f/1.8 D Autofocus lens that I would throw in for $50.
