this is the answer for helping address target panic with an index release. tension release is adjustable to even be used as a regular index release for hunting season. I used this as my practice release and hunted with a Carter like Mike which is almost identical profile. the release has had minimal use. I did use the wrist strap hunting this last year but still in great shape and boa working flawlessly. wrist strap is the LG size. text is best
