I was given this a little while ago and used it (enough to have some scratches on the screen, but nothing that affects function.) I wanted something that I could respond to messages, you can't. You can read them, and answer/make phone calls. This is best for someone that wants to track steps and exercise....it also doesn't have the original charging cord; just purchased this one to put with it... that's why I'm asking $20.
