2005 forest river cardinal with gooseneck 29’ will need a new thermostat for ac/heater worked before we broke it off the wall. It also has some recent water damage from the last rain we’ve had nothing major yet. Good tires as well as a spare. Trailer could definitely use some TLC but has a good core.
