Hard to find small sturdy double axle RV, in good shape for its age. It was kept under cover most of the time. One double bed, table makes into a bed and one overhead bunk. The fridge was replaced five years ago. Microwave, cd player and radio, a stove with an oven and kitchen sink. Two propane tanks. Bath with a toilet and small tub. Bathroom sink is just outside the bath. Fairly new tires with an extra spare. Everything works except the water heater does not work on electricity.
