This has been a great Rv for our family. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Everything works great. Light weight to pull but with the pull out has plenty of space. We did a few modification. We changed the rv size queen to fit an actual Queen sized bed, We reinforced the bunk and added a rail, and moved part of the under storage to be accessible from inside the trailer. We kept all the original pieces so it could be changed back if desired. Has new tires within the past year. Small cosmetic damage at the front. Natalie 801-671-1482
