It’s a little hillbilly but that’s what makes it great. 36’ from hitch to rear. Has oversized 33x12.50r18 tires which is great for the mountains and the sand.

Everything works (fridge, A/C, heater, generator, stove, and microwave) has rear Aux fuel tank with hose for wheelers. Has a spot for a camp chief outside. Has an air compressor that needs some fittings to make work again.

Has two full sized beds and two twin sized beds. Plus plenty of room for a full sized air mattress. It’s been great for hauling toys and camping gear for church camps.

The patch the previous owner made to the siding is coming apart and I don’t want to fix it. The roof was flex sealed before winter and no signs of water inside from latest storms. Come take advantage of my not wanting to fix it and wanting to down size.

Rear door measures 78” H x 87 W Garage measures 14’9” long 6 ‘ wide Additional front spot 4’x 5 Able to fit multiple wheelers. I do fit a Can-Am 4 seater Mav in it once.
