Brand new! Only been sat in a couple of times. The fabric is Crypton snow, a performance linen chenille blend. It is very soft and cleans up easily! I tested the fabric sample by rubbing beet juice into it and it washed right off with only water. Kid and pet friendly!

The sofa is in pristine condition. It is very comfortable. We are moving out of state and can’t take it are trying to consolidate.
