I have a used portable AIRO A/C - 14,000 BTU. It is recommended to cool up to 750 sq. feet. I am asking $80 ($425 plus tax at Home Depot) - cash only. If it gets left on for long periods of time, it can start to blow hot air and needs to be turned off for a bit to reset; otherwise, it works fine. I also have extention parts - expandable vent hose and protable ac hose connector in great condition, which adds another 6 feet of portability - additional $29, if wanted.
