Looking for a new home for our small poultry (egg) business. We're relocating and need to find a good new home for everything. This is literally everything you need to start up and sell eggs, or keep them for yourself!

Chickens:

• ~45-48 healthy hens of varied winter-hardy breeds. The eggs are all sorts of colors, including the coveted blue, green, and chocolate colors. The hens vary in age from 2-4 years old, with a few seniors who no longer lay. During the warmer months, we get roughly 27 eggs a day, winter months they lay around 15 eggs a day. We've never forced higher production in the winter out of respect for the girls.
• 6x12 newly built chicken coop with dual lean-tos (3 feet deep, 12 feet long on the long sides of the coop). It has windows that open and are screened against predators for the hot summers. The coop is faced with 120-year old barn wood (there's a side that needs to be finished with the old barn wood, and you'll get the material you need to finish the look) and a vintage human-access door. 10 nesting boxes off the back side with easy access under one of the lean-to roofs. The coop includes a thermostat-controlled exhaust fan and a Apple Home/Bluetooth automated door for the hens.
• 4x8 coop for storage or for the ducks to use.
• 48x15 hoop house (tunnel). It's made from recycled trampolines for the frames, everything else is full greenhouse grade supplies, including the cover. The cover has 1-3 years of life left in it and is easily removed.
• 2500sf perimeter of 5' fencing. Posts are all taller than they need to be, so we'll plan to cut them off (they're cemented in) at the base and you can reuse them.
• 50-gallon storage drums with securable lids for feed and supplies (six).
• Two ported 16-gallon pellet feeders
• 16-gallon feed storage drums with lids (six).
• Several heated waterers, and a few extra feeders
• Two Harbor Freight car canopies (you'll need to order a new canvas for one of them).
• Some other miscellaneous supplies

Ducks:

• 5 healthy happy free-ranging Indian Runner Ducks. They're about 2-years old, 4 hens and a very useful drake who is a great guardian and not too amorous with the ladies.
• 4x8 square box coop if desired with a programmable door.
• 4x6 coop (needs a new roof put on - I never got around to finishing that)
• ~30 lbs of organic duck feed.
• Water bowls and four baby pools of assorted sizes
• Some other miscellaneous supplies

We have loved our birds and have taken exceptional care of them. They are all organic-fed. We usually order bulk feed from Leland Mills in Spanish Fork. They deliver a bulk bag for a great price and we fill up the 50-gallon drums to store the feed for months at a time. We hope to find a family who would take over the whole operation, but are willing to split the ducks and hens. We hope to not split up the hens, but are open to ideas. All birds are very healthy and happy.

The only thing we're in short supply on is chicken feed (we were about to order our bulk for the summer feed), but you'll have enough for a week at least before you need to get more.

Easy access for your truck/trailer to load up. You'll need some help with you, and I can help some as well.
