Lots of new stuff: paint (exterior and interior), flooring, upholstery, toilet, plumbing, hot water heater, newer fridge, some wood structure has been rebuilt, new seals on the exterior seams, new lights (interior, exterior), new tires, new electric brake system, wheel bearings have been replaced, all 3 overhead vents have been replaced, new screens in all windows and doors, roof was professionally sealed, new plumbing valves, new entry step, new curtains, comes with hitch/equalizer system and a cover. In good shape.
