This camper would be a great fixer upper project. Last used in 2009 and has been parked outside ever since. Everything worked when parked. We recently cleaned out inside and plugged electricity to it and fridge and ac worked. I have not test for water leaks yet, because risk of freezing still. The roof has 1 apparent leak in the shower area.. Floor seems to be sound the only place is by the door that will need to be repaired. The tires hold air but need to be replaced.
