It sleeps four. It has microwave and an oven, big shower, lots of storage, queen size bed, AC, 2 propane tanks, stereo, TV, vacuum, outdoor shower, black tank flush, cable and satellite connections and 1 slide out. 3,615lb dry weight, 2,314lb payload, 366 lb hitch weight. I have pulled it with my Ford Explorer, and it pulls like a dream. I bought it in 2020 and put a lot of work into it. I put in a new water pump, water heater, jacks, and re-did a lot of the interior. Last year I put on a new front power leveling jack. It has a 15’ awning that works but the awning itself will need to be replaced. It has a "restored to operation" title. Because of the title I'm only asking $6,800 for it. I have loved it for 6 years. I just lack the confidence to back it up anymore. (I think I will get me a motor home. LOL)
