We purchased this in 2018 and we used it a few times a year until 2022. It has not been used for 4 years.
The AC does NOT work, but it comes with a replacement unit that will need to be installed.
The fold-out stairs are damaged and aren’t functional, but it comes with replacement stairs that will need to be installed.
The tie-down points in the inside were not reinstalled after the linoleum was replaced, but they are included. We never hauled any ATVs in it, just kayaks.
The linoleum installation wasn’t done very well, and some of it is peeling up. I installed a piece of carpet so our kids had a soft place to roll around when they were smaller.
There is a water leak somewhere under the sink, so that will need to be repaired.
The last time we used the water heater it worked fine, but that was years ago.
We never used the built-in propane fridge/freezer, and we don’t know if it works. We used a 12V fridge/freezer instead.
The awning does not work and will need to be removed/replaced.
The microwave works.
The propane stove works.
The radio works.
No built-in heater, but we will include a propane Mr Heater Buddy.
The only leak is from snow coming in through the roof vent in the bathroom.
The deep cycle battery is older, but it has been on a trickle charger/maintainer for years, and so far it’s still working for now.
The tires have zero miles on them. They were installed last fall.
Electric brakes.
7-pin round lights/brake connector.
I think the clear water tank holds 30 gallons.
Has gray/black water tanks.
Includes potable water hose, sewer hose, power cord, hitch with 2 5/8” ball, all sorts of pots and pans, and many other random things.
Also includes 2 propane tanks.
Very heavy. You’ll want a V8 or a diesel to pull it.
Interior measurements:
The maximum width wall-to-wall is about 88 inches.
The width between the wheel wells is about 82 inches
The width between the bed hardware when the beds are folded up against the wall is about 76 inches.
The length from the bathroom wall to the back door is about 11‘11“.
The floor in the kitchenette space is about 4‘9“ wide 3’9“ long.
I don’t know how many ATVs or motorcycles will fit in it. We only used it for hauling kayaks.
