Great upgrades on this trailer! It has a brand new porcelain toilet, never used, that sits higher than a regular RV toilet, with better flushing capabilities. Also equipped with tank heaters underneath for using in the winter. Nice layout with a bed and bathroom that are more accessible than many. We have skirting that comes with it also. The porch that's built next to it is not attached but is for sale also. Inquire if interested. Everything works. It's hooked up and ready to test.
