ZelleI have two Mortuary Plots left for sale at Memorial Estates, which for NINE (9) years in a row they have been voted the # ONE Mortuary in the state of Utah. They have SEVEN (7) locations, I'm currently listed at their Mountain View Memorial at Cottonwood Heights location at 3115 E. Bengal Blvd which most people consider it to be the most scenic location in Utah.
I purchased these over 40 years ago, and I purchased them as UNASSIGNED, which they no longer do, so this allows you to the ability to select from ANY of their seven (7) locations to be buried at. These also have an additional feature that TWO (2) caskets can be buried in one plot, so a total of FOUR (4) people could be buried in these two plots. This is also another feature which would be transferred to whoever purchased these.
The least expensive plots currently they sell go for $2,800 up to $10,000 per plot, and you don't have the benefits and flexibility that I have just mentioned. I'm currently asking $1,499 per burial plot and it cost $175 to legally have them transfer into you name. So I will pay $100 of that fee, the buyer will pay $75. That is the total fee if you purchase both of them. It the same price if you buy only one plot. So its $ 175 per title transfer.If you purchase only one plot then the entire $ 175 fee will be paid by the purchaser.
This is a 50% savings discount when you also consider that I will NOT be charging you any sales tax so you'll save an additional $ 250 dollars almost. For additional information call me at 801-918-4936
