Mona is available for adoption through Second Chance for Homeless Pets. She came into the shelter as an owner surrender due to housing issues. Mona is about 3 months old and is so smart and so sweet. She adores being carried around and loved on but also is active. She is full of energy, so probably not the best pick for an elder person. Good with other dogs and people.
