Leia is a sweet, goofy 3-year-old Australian Shepherd (turning 4 in November), spayed, fully vaccinated, and in good health. She knows sit, place, down, heel, leave it, and shake – she has been trained and it shows! She is not destructive, loves her walks (she sniffs every single bush), and has a silly, playful personality. She absolutely loves other dogs and is very friendly and playful with them. She is also pretty calm during the day for an Aussie – not the crazy hyperactive stereotype – but she loves a good play session. One thing to know: she has car anxiety and can get carsick, but it is fully managed with medication given 2 hours before travel. We are rehoming her with a heavy heart and want to make sure she goes to the right home. We are hoping to find someone who truly understands the breed – if you know and love Aussies, Leia will reward you tenfold. She comes with everything – bed, bowls, leash, and a full bag of food.
