33 foot keystone fuzion!! 12 foot garage area and up to 15 to the furthest cabinet. Everything works great. Both bunks work in the rear the top one is pinned up cause we never use it. Bottom bunk will turn into a big table with seat in all 4 sides. Tires are 1 year old, batteries a year old. Awning has some sun rot and damage and will need replaced but is still functional. Will come with equalizer hitch for the right price. Water heater is gas or electric. Roof is is great shape and has been sealed and new coating out over it.
