This was designed to be used as an office - so many people work from home. Instead of building a permanent office at home and potentially losing money when you sell or move, with this office, you take it with you, or sell it separately.

Alternatively, you could use it to tow things still, use as a toy hauler to sleep in when you take toys out.

There are a ton of great uses.

It has full insulation on all 6 sides, it has full AC/Heat, and dimmable lights. It’s a super nice set up inside with great background that catches eyes and looks great on video.

It’s capable of handling a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker or other appliances as well.

The last finishing touch ups are being finished. We’re ready for this trailer to find its new home. It’s a brand new 2026 trailer with warranty.

A friend and I thought we’d start a business doing these but we both got so busy with other work that we don’t have the time to dedicate to more of these. It took us way longer to build it than we thought - probably like any project. Which is great for someone who wants something already done.
