I have just gone through the entire trailer. The roof is in good shape. No water damage anywhere. I just put 2 brand new 12volt batteries in it. Everything works perfectly, furnace, water heater, plumbing, and A/C.

Great family trailer! Maximum sleeping is 10. Has a solar panel. Sway hitch is included. Dry weight is 4630 lbs. GVWR is 7600 lbs.
