We recently took in a young stray kitten (we're guessing around 4–5 months old) and have been caring for her while trying to find the best long-term situation. We've named her Rainy. She is a gentle, beautiful little girl who is still learning to feel safe and comfortable. She can be a bit shy at first, but with patience and a calm environment, she has the potential to really come out of her shell. We’ve noticed that she gets very nervous around young children, so we believe she would do best in a quieter home, ideally with adults or older kids who can give her space and time to adjust.
