$ 5,000 Good little trailer, bought it to fix up but don’t have the time anymore. Put new tires on last year, they have about 200 miles on them. Furnace does not work, but everything else does. Just needs a little more work to be a great trailer. I resealed the roof last year because of water damage, and mold treated the damage. Tent popouts work great and are in good condition other than a few little holes
