We have had this lovely teardrop for 3 years and it has gone on many a capable adventure with us. I'll cover the basic specs, then a few things we have upgraded! Located near Capitol Hill. Title in hand.

Basics:

• dry weight < 2000 lbs
• 16 ft long
• AC unit (for use with shore power)
• I am 6ft1 and can stand upright inside
• mini fridge (12v, 120v, and gas), stovetop with 2 burners, furnace for heat
• indoor and outdoor shower
• dinette converts from table to bed

Our Personal Upgades (with love!!):

• storage cabinets opens upward and magnetically latches to ceiling (never bonk your head on a the sharp corner!)
• 250 AH of LiFePO4 battery energy
• when it's cold out that means at minimum 1 week of boondocking! the colder it is the more energy is needed to heat the unit - so in temperate or chilly (instead of freezing) conditions, you could easily stretch it 2 weeks.
• batteries have a bluetooth app to monitor charge
• Brand new ceiling vent with adjustable in/out and variable fan speeds
• BOXIO sink with handpump for running water
• We tended to prefer this rather than hauling hundreds of pounds of water in the water reservoir. We never actually used the bathroom in the unit.
• Comes with a topper that lays over the couch cusions in bed-mode for a more comfortable sleeping experience

We have quite a few other items we are willing to include as part of the package like a camp table that folds flat, camping chairs, and some other items - but only if you want them! If you are interested I can give more information.

You will at least need a hitch mount on your vehicle, but I won't need my ball mount anymore so I can throw that in as well.
