Bought this for my kids to live in while they built a home. No longer need. Everything works accept for the ac unit it’s going out. Would be around 800 to fix so the price reflects that. Lots a room inside with double slide outs. Title in hand. We had it professionally cleaned. It’s been winterized. Tires still good. Sealed the outside no leaks even with the rain we have had.
