Kitchen and upstairs dining/common area are shared as well as the laundry in the basement. Driveway parking with additional long driveway parking in the backyard if needed. All utilities shared, approximately $130/mo each.
About me: I am a 28 year old male working in Finance fully remote and enjoy everything Utah has to offer including rock climbing, skiing, hiking, backpacking, camping, etc. I grew up near Midvale as well and know the area very well.
