The stainless steel construction is durable and resists scratching; the rollers are slanted upward on the grill surface to provide better presentation of food. This unit can hold up to 30 hot dogs on non-stick Duratec®-coated rollers that have a dual seal system that prevents food and grease from reaching internal components. With the unique tooth design, movements of the rollers are efficient and more fluid, while the chain tension system prevents the chain from becoming loose over time. The Star 30SC Grill-Max hot dog roller grill has infinite temperature controls that help spread heat evenly across the grill surface for evenly cooked food.
