ZelleValve Index Full Kit. Includes everything in original box. I tested to confirm it works, but one of the lighthouses either wasn't working or I didn't have it positioned right, and it had a red light. The left controller is missing the thumb stick. The stick still works though, and there is a genuine replacement part for $20 on eBay. You could also 3D print a replacement. The top of the box is also bent. Other than that, everything is in excelent condition and clean. I'm selling it because it won't work with my laptop running Linux.
