This is perfect for small families - sleeps 5 comfortably. 1 full bed, 2 bunk beds (can make another compartment into a 3rd bunk), and a table bed. Tires are 5 years old and still have great tread! 2 propane tanks and 1 battery included. May need new batteries. A/C and heater works great since last used. Has a outside and inside shower, a stovetop, fridge/freezer, tv, plenty of storage space, working canopy, and is ready to make more memories with a new family!
