VenmoOnly used this a couple of times, It comes with all the poles and a new memory foam mattress topper. I also made a custom bed sheet for the pad. It's a 3 person tent and it really feels like it, you can definitely have 2 people and a dog/child in it. It also comes with all the hardware to install and a waterproof bag that hangs off it. Folds down and gets covered with a waterproof cover.
It's got a small hole in the tarp, and I didn't get it with the detachable mudroom, but I haven't ever had issues with it.
