Beautiful Signature Design by Ashley “Baskove” 4-piece sectional in auburn brown.
This is a large, modern sectional with deep seating, tufted cushions, clean contemporary lines, and genuine leather. It has a very high-end look and is comfortable. Perfect for a basement, theater room, or large family room.
Dimensions: 142” W x 109” D x 36” H
Condition: Overall in great condition and presents very well. Leather is soft and looks excellent with only a few minor blemishes consistent with normal use. No smoking and well cared for.
Important disclosure: One section of the chaise has a broken internal wood support underneath. The issue is fully disclosed and reflected in the price. It is still fully usable, the back cushion can sink in a bit in that area after use. A furniture repair shop or someone handy with basic reinforcement/wood repair should be able to fix it if desired.
