This is a tiny home I built out for myself, it is a 53 ft dry van trailer.

I am not selling this trailer itself but would be interested in building one identical to it or could customize it according to what you want.

Has all the commodities of a normal house just on a smaller scale:) Bedroom / bathroom / storage space above bathroom ,place for water heater ect / living room / built in storage cubbys / relatively roomy kitchen / washroom / pantry. Total of about 424 sq ft of living space.... These provide more living space with higher ceilings and also easier to move than a shipping container.... Would work great to park it on a recreational property or wherever else you want ....
