Community Playthings Model 1 Play Loft. They are known for their high-quality, commercial-grade indoor activity centers. This is a staple in top-tier preschools and daycares, because of its incredible durability, safety standards, and tool-free modular design.

It is in great used condition. Made from solid maple/birch wood. The finish is in great shape, no stains on the carpeted platform. The red corner pieces have no cracks or bowing. They slip into the panels easily.

I have taken successive pictures while putting it together so you can see how easy it is to assemble and disassemble.

Each panel measures 30" W x 25" H. The two story unit stands 50" tall with both platforms combined and is 30" square. The stairs and slide will add to the width. space, but can be set up so they can go off anyside.

This would be great for at home, or in a Preschool or Daycare setting.

This particular unit retails for $3,500 +. Asking $1000 or make me an offer
