PayPalFully rebuilt Honda, has all the parts, needs a new battery and the fuse/wiring for the horn and turn signals needs attention. It had engine valve noise/the lifters when I ran it last. But more than likely will go away once it actually gets ridden around a while, its been sitting dry for a long time. If not most likely just a timing issue. Worked on this bike alot to get it to where it is, new parts, paint, etc. just got a new bigger one and have no use for it.
