Was going to go on my 2006 E450 dually but I went a different route. Will fit other years.

Brand new unmounted setup. 2" solid blocks with shims u bolts and nuts included. Fronts are heavy duty 2" riser spacers. They go on too of the spring. No need to disassemble the front end.
