Selling my 2023 Trek Marlin 8 Gen 2, originally purchased brand new from The Bike Shoppe in Ogden. This is a great XC/Trail bike that has been significantly upgraded from the stock build. It’s ready to hit the trails today.
Upgrades & Key Specs:
• Drivetrain: Upgraded SRAM GX Eagle Rear Derailleur (much more durable/crisp than stock).
• Setup: Already set up Tubeless (Maxxis Ardent Race tires). No tubes to worry about
• Wheel: Upgraded Shimano FH-M475 rear wheel.
• Components: Pretty new ODI lock-on grips. New SRAM SX shifter lever, upgraded 32t chainring for better climbing and more speed.
• Fork: RockShox Judy Silver (Air spring).
• Frame: Size XL
Condition:
The bike has some cosmetic scratches on the top tube from normal trail use (see photos). The shifting is functional but could use a minor indexing/tune-up to be 100% perfect. Mechanically, the bike is solid.
