This bike can go up to 50 mph. It has a few upgrades including an extra battery from a different tuttio, pro taper grips, new throttle but same kind, seat cover, spray painted rims, shock cover, forks wrapped with electrical tape, number plate and decal, upgraded front fender, and a light.
