We are upgrading. We bought it used 11 years ago and it’s been gently used since then. We have never had it tuned or worked on, so it might need that. Everything works as it should except 1 key (a G near middle C) stopped playing about 3 weeks ago. We looked under the keyboard and it looks like the hammer is just missing the string, so it probably just needs to be realigned.
